Elisabeth Grundmann looks after hospitality, communications and a thousand other things;
Leonardo Imbimbo is our consultant agronomist;
Massimo Longo manages stock and shipping, as well as providing us with excellent strategic advice;
Simone Mazzei is our vineyard and cellar manager;
All the rest – drink, eat and sometimes help us out too.
